License of Use
This application ("ACCTimeTracker") is licensed for use by technicians and shops for time tracking and payroll purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or modify the program or its code without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property
All source code, design, content, and branding are proprietary. Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or removing copyright notices is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the software for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app.
Data & Privacy
This app stores data locally on your device/browser. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your records. The developer is not responsible for loss of data caused by device/browser issues.
No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

Features and pricing may change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
